Work Environment\n

As a member of our telehealth team, you will work remotely, using state-of-the-art digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions. This flexible work environment allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing consistent hours aimed at delivering stable support to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a variety of mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain an understanding of clients’ stressors, therapeutic needs, and personal goals, and customize mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Facilitate guided mindfulness exercises during sessions, including meditation and breathing techniques, to support clients in achieving emotional balance and self-awareness.
\n
• Organize and lead engaging group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness strategies, stress management, and building resilience.
\n
• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health concerns, helping clients navigate through difficulties.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to treatment, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of client progress, mindfulness techniques employed, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development opportunities to further refine skills in MBSR and related therapeutic modalities.

This role demands a focus on a diverse client population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and general emotional challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, providing them with tailored strategies to manage their emotions and improve their overall quality of life through effective mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness techniques and their application within therapeutic settings is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create a supportive, calming environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
