PROGRAM MANAGER

As a Residential Program Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing program operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for women in residential treatment. This position offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated team, collaborate with community partners, and help clients build a path toward long-term stability and recovery. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership Collaborate with the CEO and Director of Women's Residential Treatment to develop and implement agency policies, practices, and procedures. Participate on the Administrative Team and contribute to agency-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Program Oversight & Excellence Oversee case management and treatment planning to ensure alignment with professional standards and funding requirements. Develop, implement, and evaluate internal programming to meet client needs, including criminogenic and recovery-focused services. Facilitate and coordinate staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and program-related committees. Maintain up-to-date program documentation, forms, and compliance with DHS 75 and DHS 83 standards. Client Care & Advocacy Participate in the intake and assessment process in accordance with Department of Corrections guidelines. Coordinate services and referrals to meet client needs, including collaboration with community resources. Represent ARC in treatment planning meetings and act as a liaison with DOC agents, courts, and other stakeholders. Support crisis intervention efforts and assist in managing complex client situations. Supervision & Team Development Supervise multidisciplinary staff, including Social Workers, Substance Abuse Counselors, Case Managers, and Residential Staff. Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff and interns. Ensure adequate staffing coverage and maintain staff schedules. Community Engagement & Partnerships Represent ARC Community Services in the community, promoting program awareness and building relationships with key stakeholders. Coordinate inter-agency collaboration and community-based services for clients. Facility & Operations Management Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing requirements. Manage building maintenance, food service coordination, and supply budgeting. Ensure the physical safety and well-being of all residents and staff. Qualifications What You Will Bring: At least three years of experience in women's residential services, substance use treatment, or a related field. Experience working with justice-involved populations in a treatment setting. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience. An MSW or advanced degree in a related field preferred; a bachelor's degree with relevant experience will be considered. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
