This is a hands-on buying role where you'll truly own your category — managing the full procurement cycle from vendor relationships to inventory flow. You'll have real influence over product line expansion and the opportunity to leave your mark on how the business sources and scales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the mix of strategy and execution, this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory
- Place and track purchase orders based on inventory needs
- Monitor stock levels and restock in a timely manner
Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Operations & Growth
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Own your category and drive product line expansion
Qualifications
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
