At Green Pines Animal Hospital, we believe that exceptional care starts the moment a client walks through the door and thats where you come in. Were looking for a warm, organized, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our clinic.
Youll be the first voice our clients hear and the first face they see on some of the best days of their pets life, and sometimes on the hardest ones. That matters deeply to us. Responsibilities
- Greet owners as they arrive
- Check in animal patients for their appointments
- Collect and confirm pet and owner information
- Answer phones
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Process payments
- Other administrative duties, as assigned
- Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish (required)
A natural people person who genuinely loves animals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay composed and kind in a fast-paced environment
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
