Finance Manager

Role Overview Turing is looking for experienced financial professionals with strong backgrounds in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment. This opportunity is ideal for mid- to senior-level finance leaders interested in contributing their expertise to cutting-edge AI development and learning how AI can advance financial strategy and decision‑making. In this role, you will work on projects designed to fine‑tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) using your finance and strategic management expertise. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you explore how AI can enhance financial planning, reporting accuracy, and strategic forecasting in real-world business contexts. What Does Day‑to‑Day Look Like Design and solve complex, real‑world finance problems to assess AI model reasoning. Create clear, high-quality, step‑by‑step financial analyses and decision frameworks. Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding in areas such as financial reporting, strategic planning, and capital allocation. Define and refine evaluation benchmarks based on industry standards and best practices in financial management. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Financial Manager, Finance Director, or in a similar leadership role within finance or insurance. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong English communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex financial concepts clearly. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management at a strategic level. Perks and Offer Details Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project).
