Join Our Caring CommunityAs a Primary Care Physician with CenterWell, you'll work onsite at our Powdersville clinic and report to the Lead Physician. You'll join a supportive, team-based environment alongside nurse practitioners, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and others—all collaborating to deliver personalized, high-quality care.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality primary care aligned with clinical and value-based standards.Collaborate with the integrated care team to enhance patient care.Manage referrals, care transitions, DME, and home health services.Document care and ensure regulatory compliance.Support daily huddles, on-call rotations, and center programs.QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited program.Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.Current, unrestricted medical and DEA license.New physicians welcome; 2–5 years' experience preferred.Why You'll Love Working HereTeam-based care, more time with patients, and a supportive, inclusive culture.Additional InformationCompetitive base salary plus annual bonus, day-1 health insurance, 401(k) match, CME support, generous PTO, relocation assistance, and sign on bonus.Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $255,000 - $298,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
