What You’ll Do As part of our Outsourced Accounting team, you’ll support multiple manufacturing clients and serve as a trusted member of their accounting function. Responsibilities: Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clients Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting transactions Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards Support weekly accounting workflows and month-end close activities Assist with manufacturing cost accounting calculations, including burden rates and work center rates Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support client decision-making Leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy Deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment What Makes You Successful We’re looking for someone who is: Detail‑oriented and highly organized Naturally curious and eager to learn A proactive problem solver Adaptable and open to new technology Comfortable managing multiple priorities Strong communicator and team player Motivated to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility Qualifications Required: Associate degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ years of accounting experience Preferred: Manufacturing accounting experience Cost accounting exposure Experience supporting multiple clients or business entities Technology You’ll Use QuickBooks Online Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud‑based accounting tools Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 ERP systems such as JobBoss, Acumatica, Sage, or similar platforms Microsoft Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and emerging AI‑powered tools Why Chortek?
