Customer Service Representative

Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday
Pay: $16/hr + $1/hr overnight differential = $17/hr for qualifying overnight hours
Monthly Performance Bonus: $300–$616
Job Description
We are hiring on-Site Night-Shift Customer Support & Sales Representatives to support a leading satellite internet service.
In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with account and service questions.
- Help with equipment activation, password resets, service plans, and orders.
- Explain products, services, features, pricing, and availability.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service plans.
- Assist with inbound sales and work toward sales and conversion goals.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Use multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
- Meet customer service, quality, productivity, and sales performance goals.
Schedule
Night Shift
Available shift options:
- 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- 1:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM for approximately 2 weeks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a call center environment.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
- Comfortable with customer service and sales.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Must be available for the full training schedule.
- Must be comfortable working nights and weekends.
