Work Environment

This role is situated in a supportive and collaborative outpatient office environment, where staff members share a commitment to patient-centered care. Office hours are primarily from Monday to Thursday, 3 PM to 7 PM, and half-days on Friday, offering a balanced schedule that allows for both professional responsibilities and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating injuries, diseases, and disabilities utilizing established physical therapy procedures and modalities.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers about therapy processes and self-management techniques.
• Provide compassionate care to diverse populations, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Engage in accurate and comprehensive documentation for each patient in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop personalized care plans with measurable goals based on thorough patient evaluations and physician referrals.
• Work closely with physical therapy assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality patient care while providing oversight and mentorship.
• Maintain facility operations, ensuring effective utilization of rehabilitation services and adherence to productivity standards.

Qualifications
