Guest Services Concierge

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Guest Services Concierge to join our team at Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a comprehensive nursing home located in Galloway, New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and service to our patients and their families.
About the Role:At Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing outstanding healthcare in a beautiful environment with luxurious accommodations and amenities. Our Guest Services Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients, and we are looking for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for working with the senior population. Responsibilities:
• Assist with serving meals and providing exceptional dining experiences for our patients
• Answer calls from patients and their family members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients, including providing assistance with daily tasks and activities
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and services to our patients Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing excellent service to patients and families
• Previous experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation center is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm
• Bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer:
