Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This short-term role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact over four weeks, providing skilled physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of 12-15 students. Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in Massachusetts
- DESE Certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted physical therapy services to K-12 students based on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teaching staff and special education teams to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to student support plans
- Adapt interventions and activities to accommodate diverse student needs and abilities
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages each student’s growth and confidence
