Vehicle Homologation Manager

The Vehicle Homologation Manager is responsible for defining and executing the homologation activities required to document US safety self-certification, and for international homologation to allow US engineered vehicles to be homologated for the defined international markets. The Homologation manager will work with the Stellantis engineering team, US TSRC team, and Stellantis global homologation teams to complete assignments. Specific responsibilities include:Review vehicle program information to identify and define certification / homologation plans or changes to these plansReview program requirements with regulatory specialists to define specific homologation activity detailsReview new regulations to identify homologation plan impactLead or participate in forums to ensure all stakeholders understand and meet required deliverablesEscalate items that could impact the ability to meet program milestonesCoordinate and provide feedback to vehicle programs regarding homologation / certification impactBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university7+ years homologation or environmental certification experience, or similar experienceAbility to interpret product planning information and develop conclusionsStrong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills; ability to drive resultsBroad understanding of vehicle systemsSelf-starter who is detail oriented and disciplinedPreferred Qualifications:Experience in global environmental and safety regulationsWorking knowledge of global regulatory homologation activities and certification processes/proceduresMaster's degree in a Science, Computer, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited universityBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2016592Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: QualityPosted Date: 02/09/2026
