What You’ll Do: Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, fromprospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing, while consistently achieving sales goals. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions that address their businessneeds. Conduct product presentations and consultative salesdiscussions to demonstrate the value of Yardi solutions and drive new businessopportunities. Monitor pipeline activity, prepare performance reports, andleverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and territorygrowth. Represent Yardi at marketing and industry events whilecontinuously developing expertise in assigned products, market trends, andindustry best practices. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Four (4) years of successful sales experience in thetechnology or software industry Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging, positioning, proposaldevelopment, contract negotiation, and closure Experience using client relationship management (CRM) toolsto track and manage prospects and client activity Knowledge of assigned products and competition Skill in presenting and demonstrating products andarticulating value propositions Ability to build strong relationships and interface withdecision-makers at mid-sized companies Ability to maintain a client-centered focus with highresponsiveness Ability to demonstrate humility, patience, and persistencewhen working with clients and prospects Real Estate runs on Yardi.
