About the Position

Job Title: Rapid Response RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 6 Weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 48 Experience: Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description: Rapid Response position available. This role requires a commitment to patient care and rapid response in critical situations. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The unit has a total of 26 beds and a dedicated staff. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:2 to ensure high-quality care. The types of equipment used include balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and medication drips. Candidates with prior experience in large facility ICU units are preferred. A positive attitude and engagement are key qualities for success in this role.
