Accounting Coordinator

We're hiring a Bilingual Accounting Coordinator to join a growing IT and infrastructure solutions company in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently fluent in Hindi and English and wants to grow into a broader accounting role supporting both AP and AR functions, including direct work with international clients based in India. What You’ll Do Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across US and India based accounts Communicate directly with India based clients in Hindi as needed Process invoices, handle reconciliations, and maintain accurate account documentation in Excel Flag and resolve discrepancies proactively Partner with the internal accounting team on billing and account issues What We’re Looking For Current, fluent Hindi speaker with strong English communication skills Comfortable learning new computer systems Dependable, sharp, and able to work independently once trained Available to work 100% onsite in Los Angeles Nice to Have Prior AP or AR experience Experience with invoice processing or three-way matching Background at a product or goods based company Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) This role offers hands-on training and real ownership from day one, with room to grow as the company expands its international accounts.
