Senior Bilingual Insurance Account Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Bilingual Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team at Mayra Menchaca Allstate Insurance Agency. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex customer issues, managing escalations, and building long-term client relationships. You will also play a key role in improving customer retention, identifying cross-selling and life insurance opportunities, and supporting the development of our service team. The ideal candidate is **fluent in English and Spanish**, has at least **3 years of insurance customer service and de-escalation experience**, and brings proven leadership or supervisory experience. You must be comfortable managing high-volume customer requests, meeting service turnaround times, and coaching team members. Previous Allstate experience is a major plus.
