What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for patients with spinal, neuro, and head trauma
• Manage a diverse caseload in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform procedures including spine injections, joint injections, RFA, Botox, and migraine management
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, social workers, and neuropsychologists
• Document patient care using EMR system EPIC with a preference for 1+ year experience
• Support established programs with experience in neuro and spinal cord injury management
• Maintain compliance with vaccination requirements and state licensure standards

What You Need:

• Board Certified Physiatrist (physical medicine and rehabilitation)
• NC medical license or eligible (IMLC considered)
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab and outpatient spinal cord injury experience
• Strong clinical skills in neuro/head trauma and procedures
• Valid vaccination status as required

This role supports a comprehensive neuro and spinal cord injury program at a CARF-accredited inpatient rehab hospital with a 49-bed unit.
