Leasing Assistant – Manhattan, NYC Client: Real Estate (Residential) Location: Manhattan, NYC Work schedule: Onsite – 5 days a week (Wednesday–Sunday, weekends required) Pay Rate: $25/hr–$28/hr Contract length: 3‑6 months, with potential to extend Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech‑savvy Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support day‑to‑day leasing operations. This role is responsible for managing high volumes of inbound inquiries, coordinating property tours, and providing a professional and welcoming experience to prospective residents. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple systems and communication channels.
