ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and intellectually curious professional to support the continued growth of our CreditFlow product . This role will focus on client retention and new business development across the U.S. market.
Key responsibilities include maintaining regular engagement with clients, providing product updates, managing renewals, coordinating meetings with key stakeholders, and delivering product demonstrations. Over time, the role will expand to include direct sales responsibilities across both existing and prospective accounts.
This position reports to the Head of Capital Markets Data & Research and ultimately to the President, with close collaboration across the broader sales organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process for existing clients, including outreach, contract negotiation, and execution
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients through regular meetings, events, and product updates, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via web, phone, and in-person meetings
- Lead and support client and prospect presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the CreditFlow platform
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting through contract execution
- Oversee client onboarding and deliver ongoing product training
- Provide real-time market feedback to inform product development initiatives
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including notes, next steps, and client interactions
- Develop a deep understanding of FINSIGHT’s product suite, client workflows, and use cases
- Prepare for and represent FINSIGHT at industry conferences, including pre-event outreach and meeting coordination
WHAT YOU BRING
Hard Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in account management and/or sales
- Experience engaging directly with clients or prospects (e.g., cold outreach, email campaigns)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $66,500 to $72,000 annually
- OTE: $93,500 to $99,000
