Role Type Full-time Engagement Independent Contractor Account Manager We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their success using the company's platform, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong English fluency, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term success Build strong relationships through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and solution-driven support Monitor client health and engagement using CRM and analytics tools Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales for renewals and expansions Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and support teams Educate users on best practices to maximize platform value and ROI Handle escalations and troubleshoot client issues with speed and professionalism Requirements Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential. 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting. 1+ year of client-facing experience, managing communications and strategy. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with multiple priorities. Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and data-driven reporting. A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
