Director of Human Resources (Las Vegas)

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all Employee and Labor Relations functions in the Las Vegas Region. This includes oversight of all employee investigations, enforcement of union contracts, advice, counsel and HR support to all levels of management, training and developing of the HR Integrity & Performance/Culture staff, HR training for all levels of the Operations staff, managing the grievance, mediation and arbitration processes, making employment decisions in resolution of team member performance and conduct issues, handling outside agency issues, frequent interaction with multiple unions concerning collective bargaining issues, participation in collective bargaining and other employee issues and concerns.At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., our Team Members create the extraordinary. If you are ready to create some magic, we invite you to explore our dynamic, yet unique, career opportunities.5+ years of experience in Labor Relations/Employee Relations with Human Resources supervisory experience required.Strong background in Labor Law with previous experience with union contracts, mediation and local unions, preferably in the hospitality/casino industry.Previous experience negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred.College Degree or equivalent in work experience is required.
