Property Coordinator

Join our client, a prominent leader in the real estate industry, as a Property Coordinator and be part of a dynamic team managing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and parking properties throughout Greater Boston. This vital role offers the opportunity to work closely with Property Management, Accounting, Maintenance, and Legal teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Compensation $53,000 plus leasing commission Responsibilities Facilitate the processing of prospective tenant applications, including reference checks and credit screening Administer lease accounts, oversee rent collection, and issue late notices as needed Collaborate directly with the Property Manager to resolve tenant issues such as maintenance, noise complaints, or late payments Accurately input and maintain data within property management software and databases, prioritizing record integrity Respond promptly to phone inquiries and emails, escalating complex issues appropriately Organize and file lease documents both physically and electronically for quick retrieval Assist the legal team with eviction proceedings and application rejections Maintain a tidy, professional workspace and adhere to administrative procedures Support residents with maintenance requests, entering work orders in Timberline Service Management, and implement leasing initiatives following the Manual Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a relevant field or eager to pursue a career in real estate Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, especially in data entry and record keeping Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy Ability to multitask efficiently across administrative, leasing, and customer service duties Familiarity with property management software and databases is preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation A proactive attitude with a desire to grow within a reputable real estate organization Our Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
