Sheet Metal Foreman

Job Description Description: \n Liberty Mechanical is seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman . In this role, you will oversee and coordinates sheet metal installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This leadership role supervises field crews, manages daily operations, and works closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards. \n \n What We Offer: \n \n Pay Range: $25 to $38/hourly (depending on relevant experience, skills) \n 40 hours per week \n Company cellphone \n Medical, Dental, Vision plans \n Free Basic Life Insurance. \n Short- and Long-Term Disability \n Company Matching 401k \n Paid Holidays \n Paid Time off \n Bi-Weekly pay period \n \n \n What You’ll Do: \n \n Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on commercial projects \n Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment \n Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules \n Ensure proper installation of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems \n Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices \n Maintain project productivity while meeting deadlines and quality standards \n Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on all job sites \n Conduct site inspections and resolve installation or workmanship issues \n Communicate progress updates with project managers and other trades \n Order and track materials, tools, and job site inventory \n Ensure all work complies with local building codes and project requirements \n \n \n What You’ll Bring: \n \n High school diploma or GED preferred \n 5 years of sheet metal/HVAC installation experience \n Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred \n Strong knowledge of ductwork installation, fabrication, and HVAC systems \n Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings \n Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills \n Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment \n Valid driver’s license required \n \n \n Preferred Skills: \n \n 1-4 years of sheet metal experience \n OSHA certification \n Knowledge of building codes \n State trade license \n \n \n Physical Requirements: \n \n Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly \n Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces \n Standing, bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods \n \n \n Working with our Company: \n At Liberty Mechanical, our mission is to deliver exceptional work, quality productsaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
