Instead of separate vendors for CRM, CMA, transaction management, marketing, property management, and prospecting, Trezly offers a single login, a single data layer, and tools for agents, buyers, sellers, tenants, and owners. At the core is Otto, Trezly’s proprietary conversational, voice-enabled AI, running on our owned and dedicated NVIDIA H200 GPU clusters. Owning the infrastructure keeps inference cost predictable and under our control, and it keeps client listing data, lead data, and relationships on our own servers rather than passing through a third-party AI provider. The platform lets agents create listings, CMAs, automations, and compliance workflows in minutes, with Fair Housing and regulatory safeguards built in, and it keeps every residential home service under one roof: For Sale, For Rent, and vacation rentals. Trezly is patent-pending, built by a UX-focused team, and positioned as the next generation of real estate software. The Role The VP of Growth owns and scales Trezly’s revenue engine across acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is a hands-on go-to-market seat, not a strategy-only one. You’ll design and run GTM strategy end to end: funnel optimization, pricing and packaging experiments, paid and outbound channel expansion, and lifecycle programs, and you’ll carry it through to a predictable, measurable pipeline. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and business development; set targets and KPIs; stand up performance dashboards; own budgets and forecasts; and partner closely with product and engineering so growth stays aligned with the customer experience. You’ll also represent Trezly in key customer meetings, industry events, and partnerships, carrying field feedback directly back into product and strategy. In an early-stage launch, you are the demand engine: you manufacture pipeline fast and efficiently, and you instrument everything. Who You Are Roughly 10 years building and scaling revenue teams in B2B SaaS, AI, or proptech, including growing a sales org from the ground up. Deep, hands-on GTM experience: you’ve personally stood up paid-social, outbound, and enrichment-driven motions, not just directed them. Comfortable owning the full funnel in an early launch: fast-moving, spend-efficient, and measurement-driven. Fluent in modern GTM tooling, with a strong bias to action. Proven at leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting long-term roadmaps, defining KPIs, forecasting, and allocating resources. Track record in business development: partnerships, channel strategy, and new-market entry. Real estate technology, proptech, or regulated-industry background is a strong plus. Energized by owning a clean lane and building the thing, not by the title on it. Compensation This is a highly lucrative role, responsible for creating a far reaching campaign in the US, then internationally.
