LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established Orlando law firm seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a busy and dynamic corporate practice. This position offers exposure to high-profile transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.
• Prepare, review, and organize corporate documents, contracts, and legal filings.
• Support entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and governance matters.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and assist with all aspects of transaction closings.
• Prepare and maintain closing binders, corporate records, and compliance documentation.
• Manage annual reports, corporate registrations, and ongoing entity maintenance.
• Track critical deadlines and ensure transactions remain on schedule.
• Communicate directly with clients, attorneys, lenders, governmental agencies, and third parties throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
• Utilize legal technology and document management systems to support efficient matter management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience supporting business transactions, corporate governance matters, entity formations, and M&A activities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
