INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (B2B SALES)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do

This is a full-cycle sales role. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, developing opportunities, negotiating deals, and growing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to identify and develop new business opportunities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new customers

• Build and manage your own pipeline and territory

• Negotiate pricing and close profitable transactions

• Develop relationships with purchasing managers, buyers, and decision-makers

• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

• Stay informed on market conditions, pricing trends, and customer demand

• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and global sales teams to maximize opportunities

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organization and time-management abilities

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• CRM and basic Microsoft Office proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree a plus
