Job Description

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
Assist with scheduling and doing follow-ups
Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Providing appropriate staffing updates to clients
Ability to find fill-in staff for call outs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Home Care Staffing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
