The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses and devices, enabling access to the company’s customer experiences, providing customer and business intelligence, and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security.The products built by our team are foundational for creating seamless customer experiences, keeping customer financial well-being safe and secure, and unlocking business growth by providing a full picture of each unique human Capital One serves. In this high-visibility role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and governance model to deliver scalable, self-service contactability capabilities across all lines of business. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive human-centered, risk-mitigated outcomes. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
