Senior Technology Solutions Recruiter

Kforce's client in New York, NY that is seeking a Senior Technology Solutions Recruiter that sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates. Focus will be on sourcing, screening, and hiring technical and financial services professionals.

• 5-7 years of experience in the recruitment preferrable in Agency recruiting specifically related to consulting and professional services hiring for the Technology, primarily AI related roles.
• Big 4 or Consulting Firm Recruiting experience required
• Agency recruiting experience preferred
• Familiar MS Office required and Workday is an asset but not required
• Other candidate ATS and/or CRMs experience can include Taleo, Beeline Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors)
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team
• Experience recruiting in the financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar is preferred
• Ability to be successful working in a remote setting
• Direct sourcing experience
• Cold calling experience
• Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles
• Strategy and recruiting experience is a plus
• Agile, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)
• Data-driven, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset
