Key Responsibilities

--Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules for executives.

--Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting notes.

--Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents.

--Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and requests in a professional manner.

--Arrange business travel, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries.

--Maintain organized electronic and physical files and confidential records.

--Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative documents.

--Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and help ensure important tasks are completed on time.

--Assist with data entry, document management, and general office administration.

--Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and other external contacts as needed.

--Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

--Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring:
-- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
-- Strong organizational and time management skills.
-- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
-- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
-- A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
