About Us
We are a growing residential plumbing contractor serving home builders throughout the region. Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, reliability, and strong relationships with our builder partners. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to help expand our builder network and strengthen existing relationships.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new builder relationships, maintaining existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a key liaison between our company and the builders we serve.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in residential construction, plumbing, building materials, or construction sales who understands how home builders operate and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with home builders, developers, and construction professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential construction market.
Attend builder meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Coordinate with company leadership and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain regular communication with builder representatives and project managers.
Track sales activity, opportunities, and client interactions.
Represent the company professionally within the construction community.
Assist with contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account development.
Qualifications
Experience in residential construction, plumbing, building materials, or construction-related sales preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the homebuilding industry is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Existing builder relationships are a plus.
