We connect people with products throughout the world.Salary Range: Min: $22.13 Max: $24.13ResponsibilitiesPurposeResponsible for all ocean export activities, including customer service, coordinating the shipment processes, prepare documentation, issuing invoices, and working closely with our warehouse and the team.Responsibilities· Customer Service / Service Quality· Coordination of daily shipments (documentation, arranging pickup, communicate with carriers, etc.)· Billing functions· Develop and maintain collaboration in a cooperative and respectful manner with all levels of staff· ISO Internal Audit· Special Duties may be assigned based on the needs of management.
