WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, and coachable professional who wants to build a career in insurance sales.

This is a sales position with measurable activity and production expectations You'll be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, prospecting, quoting, following up, and asking for the sale. Success requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to be held accountable for results.

Previous insurance experience is not required. We value work ethic, communication skills, resilience, and coachability. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, hospitality, automotive, banking, wireless, or other goal-driven environments are encouraged to apply.

We provide structured training, coaching, and clear performance expectations to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

COMPENSATION

• $34,000 annual base salary , plus commissions on qualifying written Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance sales.
• Strong producers may earn $55,000+ in total annual compensation , depending on results.
• Compensation and commissions are governed by the agency's written compensation plan.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT BONUS

Eligible new team members have the opportunity to earn a $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days of training and development.

This is not a signing bonus. Payment is conditional upon satisfying the requirements outlined in the written offer and training plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively make outbound calls, prospect for new business, and develop qualified leads.
• Generate new sales opportunities through follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
• Conduct insurance needs assessments and prepare accurate Auto, Home, Renters, and other eligible insurance quotes.
• Identify opportunities to protect the entire household through Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
• Present coverage recommendations, address objections, and confidently ask for the business.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and outstanding quotes.
• Work toward established daily activity goals and monthly production expectations.
• Build relationships through community involvement, networking, and approved prospecting activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, document conversations, and follow through on commitments.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

This is a results-driven role. Team members are expected to:

• Maintain consistent daily outbound prospecting and customer contact activity.
• Generate quotes and actively manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Work toward established monthly Auto, Home, Life, and Health production goals.
• Consistently follow up, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Specific activity and production expectations are established in writing and reviewed throughout the training and development period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience preferred, including inside/outside sales, retail, automotive, wireless, banking, hospitality, or similar goal-driven environments.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, following up, and asking for the sale.
• Motivated by measurable goals, performance expectations, and commission opportunities.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Dependable, coachable, organized, and willing to receive constructive feedback.
• Able to build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable learning new technology and managing multiple priorities.
• North Carolina Property & Casualty licensing required before employment begins Qualified candidates may be considered for a conditional employment offer while pursuing licensing. Additional licensing requirements will be outlined in writing.

WORK LOCATION

This is an in-office position in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina Regular in-person attendance is required.

Compensation: $34,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
