DASI is embracing the potential of online sales and their digital marketplace, which has been growing exponentially and has tremendous potential with the right technology team in place to support and take it to the next level. **Purpose**: At DASI, the role of the Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the Inside Sales team. This individual will develop, coach and motivate the team to increase sales, improve conversion rates and drive company revenue. You will also collaborate with your counterparts in other locations and other departments in Miami, the UK and Singapore. This role will report to the Director of Global Sales. | | | || **Key accountabilities:** * Provides leadership and guidance to the Inside Sales Team in support of Director of Sales. * Ensures Inside Sales Team is follows policies and procedures. * Act as a resource for questions and as an escalation point for more complex issues. * Facilitate training on system and program changes. * Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. * You will multitask calls, emails and data entry, providing product, price and availability information to customers as requested. * Review quote activity and initiate follow ups. * Participate in process improvement activities. * Achieve individual sales targets. * Perform all other duties as assigned. | | | || Key skills and competences: * Develop collaborative working relationships. * Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapts to the work environment. * Clearly communicate in verbal and written form to all levels. * Display flexibility, adaptability, and innovation. * Show a passion for the customer, fellow employees and the business that we’re in. | | | |## Qualifications| || --- || **Experience and qualifications:** * Associate degree or comparable industry experience. * 3 years of inside sales experience. * 2+ years of leading a team. * Sales track record of overachievement. * Previous experience in the aviation industry and target-based environments is a plus. * While you won’t need to be a full-on techie, knowledge of Microsoft products is required, plus the ability to calculate figures such as discounts. | #J-18808-Ljbffr Dasi, Llc.
