The basics

• Serving customers with a smile and a genuine conversation
• Serving up ridiculously tasty food in a fun and fresh way
• Cleaning the store until it shines (because anything less doesn’t change the world!)
• Can't being afraid to keep crew in line, after all you will be the Back of the House Ringmaster
• Must be able to take charge of the kitchen and give clear directions
• You are required to pull your own weight too and help prep and cook
• This is mainly an afternoon job, however some early morning and late nights will be required.
