Housing Coordinator

Housing CoordinatorCorpay is currently looking to hire a Housing Coordinator within our ALE division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communication, coordinate temporary housing solutions for clients, and serve as the main point of contact for policyholders, vendors, and internal teams. You will report directly to the Customer Care Department Assistant Manager and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policyholders' needs are met promptly and accurately.As a Housing Coordinator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in St. Charles officeCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingThe responsibilities of the role will include:Handling approximately 60 inbound and outbound calls and managing 100–150 emails daily to support temporary housing arrangementsDocumenting detailed records of all interactions in the ACT database, including correspondence summaries, contact information, and issue resolutionsTracking key milestones such as move-out dates, lease expiration notifications, and furniture pickup schedulesAssisting policyholders with lease extensions, early terminations, and new housing arrangementsCollaborating with policyholders, landlords, and internal teams to resolve housing-related issuesSubmitting and updating landlord information and notifying relevant departments of address changesAddressing rent-related inquiries from policyholders and landlords, ensuring clear communication of payment termsAssisting with inbound calls through the Move-Out Call (MOC) queue, resolving requests and inquiries efficientlyPartnering with the Furniture Coordinator and Move-Out Department to address escalations and housing-related issuesMentoring new team members to ensure consistency in service deliveryQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of customer service or call center experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage a high volume of tasks with attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with the ACT program or similar CRM systems preferredExperience in temporary housing or customer-facing service roles preferredBenefits & Perks:Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesPay Transparency:The expected salary range for this position is $20-22, based on the candidate's work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
