About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead and set the strategic direction for its fundraising efforts. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and more than 5 years' experience in senior development leadership within a non-profit organization. The role requires a proven track record in fundraising, with at least 10 years' of progressive experience, and the ability to build trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
