Litigation Practice Coordinator

Support strategic and tactical initiatives advancing business goals and day-to-day litigation operations Facilitate and oversee litigation budgets, staffing, utilization, and e-billing requirements Support overall litigation strategy for designated litigation teams Provide trial concierge services, including hotel organization, contract review, war-room setup, vendor contacts, litigation research, and business development Evaluate litigation tools and handle basic administrative responsibilities Partner with Marketing, Legal Talent, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, Innovation, and Client Care departments Oversee trial team billing, disbursements, and payments and resolve WIP and AR issues Assist designated litigation teams with initiatives and workflow Identify, assess, and implement technology and innovation concepts to improve efficiency and service models Support the Senior Litigation Manager, Practice Directors, and Practice Management team on special projects Arrange trial team travel, including flights, ground transportation, and hotels Organize catering services and maintain records of arrangements and expenses Liaise with external vendors and resolve logistical challenges during trials Collaborate with the eMerge team to set up trial technology and equipment Requirements Bachelor's Degree or any combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the job Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on litigation Minimum of five (5) years of experience in trial support, preferably as a paralegal Experience managing trial needs preferred Sound knowledge of litigation processes and staffing requirements of large-scale litigation Ability to exercise tact and discretion involving sensitive and confidential matters Ability to work independently and collaboratively across administrative departments and practice groups in all offices Ability to manage multiple partnerships with attorneys and non-attorneys simultaneously Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail under pressure Clear and effective oral and written communication skills In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite preferred and ability to quickly learn additional software solutions Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in litigation support, including trial management, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
