What You'll Do Represent employers in labor and employment matters Handle employment litigation and workplace disputes Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings Manage discovery and participate in depositions and hearings Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy Advise clients on employment and workplace matters Work directly with clients and senior attorneys Required Qualifications 2-4 years of labor and employment experience Management-side/employer representation experience Strong employment litigation experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school Active California Bar membership Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
