How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Provide leadership and oversee unit staffing to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and achievement of clinical objectives.
• Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff; contribute to performance evaluations and staff development.
• Assess patient care needs, develop and distribute assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness to support positive patient outcomes.
• Address patient care concerns and complaints, and support hiring, training, and staff management through established processes.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• RN with supervisory and ECT experience.
