Inside Sales Representative

What you’ll do: Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams Provide support to Outside Sales team Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services Shift and Schedule Full-Time Position Monday–Friday. 7am until work is done, around 4pm Saturdays may be available on a voluntary basis, based on business needs. Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT/weekends as needed. What you’ll bring: Sales experience with a strong understanding of day-to-day operations and the ability to balance customer needs with business priorities. Proven ability to drive sales through cold calling, product knowledge, quote follow-up, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities.
