Although the role is remote, you will be integrated into a collaborative outpatient facility where communication with peers, supervisors, and support staff occurs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments in coordination with healthcare teams.

• Manage and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment and progress notes, adhering to our organizational guidelines.

• Consistently communicate patient progress, concerns, and recommendations to referring physicians and advocate for necessary interventions.
\n
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to clients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.
\n
• Conduct crisis intervention assessments, ensuring immediate support is offered to clients in need.
\n
• Collaborate with family members and support networks to develop meaningful discharge and aftercare plans, fostering a supportive transition post-therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse client population, ranging from individuals seeking personal growth to families facing complex relational challenges. Our clients are typically experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your expertise as an LMFT will empower clients to navigate their struggles effectively, promoting healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• An active and valid license as an LMFT in the state of Washington or equivalent credentials.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy methodologies.

• Strong technological skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR), MS Office Suite, and telehealth systems.

• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to professional responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
