Executive Operations Lead

To support a large-scale global event program, the part-time Executive Operations Lead will orchestrate and optimize executive engagement and operations, focusing on strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless experience from planning through event delivery. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive executive operations strategy and refine engagement processes Oversee a team of contractors managing logistics, scheduling, and executive briefing updates while ensuring high-quality deliverables Lead operational execution by managing timelines, reviewing executive communications, and coordinating onsite activities for a seamless attendee experience Required qualifications Proven experience leading teams and driving collaboration in complex environments Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior executives Ability to develop high-level strategies and translate them into actionable plans Experience leveraging automation or process optimization tools to enhance operational efficiency
