Base pay range $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Executive Operations and Travel Lead We are seeking a highly intelligent and organized individual to plan and manage personal and professional travel for a busy executive. The right applicant will be tirelessly attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and to foresee potential problems and plan contingencies accordingly. Responsibilities Coordinate personal and professional travel arrangements. Prepare detailed itineraries. Communicate with internal and external teams. Update and maintain a complex executive calendar. Plan contingencies and foresee potential problems. Qualifications Prior experience with comprehensive travel planning and preparation, including advance work. Demonstrated operational and logistical expertise. People management experience and skills preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a talented and collaborative team based in our New York City office.
