Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join the Perfect Stride Physical Therapy Group in LaBelle, Florida. This full-time, onsite position focuses on providing high-quality home care services to our clients in a nurturing and constructive environment. The successful candidate will earn an annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, complemented by a competitive benefits package.

Work Environment

This role is primarily based in a home care setting, where you will deliver therapy directly in patients' homes. Our working hours are structured Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance and ensuring consistent therapy engagement with your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, functional movements, and medical histories to establish a clear understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions and therapy goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, as well as equipment-based interventions, to optimize rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies based on measurable outcomes and patient feedback.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Perfect Stride, you will primarily assist individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological impairments. Your expertise will help empower patients within the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive personalized attention and encouragement throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered focus.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or home care setting is preferred, providing you with the insights needed to handle diverse cases effectively.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth platforms is advantageous, enhancing your ability to deliver and document care efficiently.
