As a Staff Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients using comprehensive assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, function-based exercises, and modalities in alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary providers, to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, self-care, wellness strategies, and injury prevention to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all assessments, goals, and progress in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Stay informed on regulatory standards and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include both inpatient and outpatient populations suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and post-operative recovery. You will encounter a diverse array of patients, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors regaining post-surgery mobility. By developing tailored treatment plans, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on each patient's rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR and BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
• A commitment to advancing your professional knowledge and skills through continuous education and development.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with an emphasis on rehabilitation.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems to enhance administrative efficiency and patient care quality.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
