Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address these needs while setting realistic recovery goals.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training, to promote optimal recovery.
• Effectively educating patients and their caregivers about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to maintain a coordinated approach to patient care and share updates on patient progress.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate records of treatments and progress reports.
• Creating a positive rehabilitation environment that motivates and empowers patients throughout their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and vestibular diagnosis. Your focus will be on understanding each patient's unique circumstances, histories, and rehabilitation goals to deliver customized, empathetic care that caters specifically to their needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes performance bonuses and incentive pay based on practice success.
