Position Summary In this role you will provide front‑line member service, maintain the checkout and entrance/exit areas, resolve member issues, promote Sam’s Club products and services, and assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies. You will also conduct safety sweeps, uphold security and safety practices, train new associates, and continuously improve processes while working collaboratively with managers, co‑workers and customers. Job Responsibilities Provide member service and support on self‑service technology. Maintain checkout, entrance, exit and checkout area operations. Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations. Handle merchandise properly, correct and report unsafe conditions. Assist members with locating merchandise, purchasing decisions and item transport. Perform and document security and emergency response procedures. Train and mentor Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress. Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, customer focus and a culture of belonging. Preferred Qualifications Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as the cash register. Familiarity with mobile retail applications. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00, plus additional premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
