As the firm continues to grow, client is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to support one of its largest and most valued clients while working closely with the accounting team to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial services.

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Marketing Coordinator to become the operational engine behind the marketing function. Working closely alongside the local Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for taking marketing strategies and turning them into high-quality execution. You’ll coordinate campaigns, produce content, manage social media, build AI workflows, support events and webinars, execute marketing plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Rather than leading the overall marketing strategy, you’ll be the person who makes things happen —bringing campaigns to life, driving consistency across every channel, and significantly increasing the volume and quality of marketing output through the intelligent use of AI and automation. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, digitally native, commercially aware, and already uses AI extensively to improve productivity and marketing execution. This is a senior execution role, and we’re willing to invest in an experienced professional who can hit the ground running.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Execution (Primary Focus) Execute marketing strategies developed in collaboration with the Marketing Manager Coordinate marketing activity across the business Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and webinars Ensure marketing initiatives are executed on time and to a consistently high standard Coordinate multiple marketing projects and competing priorities Take ownership of campaign execution from planning through to delivery AI & Marketing Automation Champion the practical use of AI throughout the marketing function Build AI-powered workflows that significantly increase productivity and marketing output Develop AI-assisted systems for content creation, campaign planning, reporting, presentations, and research Automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve operational efficiency Continually identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes through AI Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend new tools that improve execution and scalability Social Media & Content Marketing Manage day-to-day social media activity Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Develop and maintain content calendars Write compelling marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, websites, and promotional material Monitor engagement and support community management where appropriate Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels Marketing Campaign Coordination Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through to execution Produce high-quality marketing collateral and digital assets Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaign objectives are achieved Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers where required Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the firm’s branding and strategic objectives Events & Webinar Coordination Plan and coordinate client events, networking functions, seminars, webinars, and business promotions Manage event logistics, registrations, invitations, and promotional campaigns Coordinate webinar scheduling, attendee communications, presentation materials, and follow-up marketing Support presenters before, during, and after live events and webinars Measure event and webinar performance and recommend future improvements Reporting & Marketing Administration Prepare marketing reports and campaign performance summaries Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI reporting Track campaign performance, engagement, and lead generation metrics Maintain marketing documentation, project plans, and digital asset libraries Assist with campaign budgeting and marketing administration Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations to the Marketing Manager Tools & Systems AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies Social media management platforms Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft 365 Google Workspace CRM and marketing automation platforms Email marketing platforms Webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebinarJam, GoTo Webinar or similar) Google Analytics and reporting tools Project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar) Proven experience in a senior marketing coordination, marketing operations, or digital marketing role Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels Extensive practical experience using AI to improve marketing productivity and output Experience building AI workflows and marketing automation processes Strong social media management experience, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and content calendars Experience coordinating business events and webinars Excellent project management and organisational skills Strong copywriting and content creation ability Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Able to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines simultaneously Desirable Experience marketing professional services businesses Experience with webinar platforms and online event delivery Graphic design and content creation experience Paid advertising experience (Google Ads and Meta) Video editing and digital content production experience Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr D2B
