Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant for family household

Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Light Exec Assistant to join our team! You will perform all types of functions in order to drive success.

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule appointments and events
Oversee home and work projects
Manage Office (ensuring appropriate supplies, etc.)
Develop and implement organized operational systems
Gather estimates, complete comparative analysis
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Work directly with owner/partners
Run errands (car provided)
Manage meals and groceries/supplies
May include light cleaning
May include pick up and drop off to school and extra-curricular activities
Perform all other office tasks
May include light travel

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration/Personal Assistant or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Desire to learn and grow
No job is too big or too small attitude
Be a self-starter, someone who enjoys work
Fluent in Spanish a + (office functions in English)
Perfect job for someone who likes to keep busy
